We had a great experience on the cruise. The cabin was wonderful-pretty and clean. We also were pleasantly surprised to have a personal guide for the two of us for the entire trip. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally the communication with your company was fantastic. Even when our train to meet the cruise was late, the company knew before we even contacted them and had transportation waiting for us at the station. The only complaint we had was that one of us became ill on the trip. Overall, the experience, especially for the price, was wonderful.

I appreciate you following up. I just wanted to give some feed back on our experience. We had a great time and had some great guides like Tito who were wonderful! He was patient and gave us lots of suggestions where to go eat and even treated us out to some sugar cane juice. He was absolutely a wonderful tour guide!! There was just a guide who we felt were rushing. Sameh our agent, was very nice and meet us on time. In Jordan, Once confirm the info they alrady had all the information. We all had a great time lots of great memories and experiences. I just wanted you to have feed back. We had a most enjoyable trip to Egypt, with all arrangements meeting and exceeding our expectations. The history we experienced was almost more than one can take in over such a short time. Each site and temple we visited was grander than the one before, giving little time to absorb and remember what we had seen, before being awed again. We were most surprised to have a guide all to ourselves and his knowledge and attention to our questions and guiding our tour to what we wanted to do, made this a highlight to our trip. The cruise ship Beau Soleil was excellent in quality, food and helpfulness of the staff. Our only disappointment was the boat did not follow the itinerary, but sailed much more at night than during the day. We did not overnight at Edfu as planned, so we sailed onto Luxor at night. I would have to say, sailing the Nile was most enjoyable and relaxing during the day. If we had known this schedule, we would have chosen to sail from Luxor to Aswan offering more daylight sailing. Taking the Train up to Aswan was a great way to travel and the guide in Cairo made the transit from the airport to the hotel and to the train easy and timely. Driving in Cairo was very unexpected and could be classed as a thrill ride at Disney World. You just hold your breath and trust in a safe arrival. The rest of the trip with our friends in Cairo was again most enjoyable and hard to compare. However in time; I am sure the memories and easiness of seeing Egypt by sailing the Nile will stay with us and our children for the rest of our lives. Thank you for setting up all the arrangements and making this a great trip for us.

My friend and I absolutely loved our trip. Our tour guide was exceptional and we felt very safe and well informed travelling by ourselves. The hotel was gorgeous and a great choice. As far as value, I was very pleased we were able to see two cities in Egypt and stay in that nice of a hotel for what we paid. I was also impressed with the airport transfers, especially our transfer at 1 in the morning. The transfer agent didn't just get us to the airport on time, but also got our tickets and made sure we knew exactly where to go in that hectic airport. I also highly valued your communication and time you put into the trip - your itinerary was perfect for what we could afford and needed as two female students. Time has passed and we didn't have the opportunity to let you know about our trip. I tell you what: IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!!! When we arrived in Assuan: a person from Egyt Tour was waitting for us and brought us to the ship. At the begining we got a little nervous because we didn't see him but Rosario found him and everything was OK. The ship was great!!!! 5 Stars!! Very comfortable, rooms perfect, meals great and the attendants extremely kind with us. Later we met Hussein, the guide, and he accompanied us for the whole trip. He is somthing special!!!!!!! He was so kind, so educated, culturaly prepared and patient that we couldn't belive it. In fact we found in Hussein a good friend. We did all the visits to the egyptian ruins temples and places, the Nile was also exciting and beautifull. We then wen to Luxor and everything was perfect, too. When we finished in Luxor, again a guy from the Company came to look for us, brought us to the train station and waitted there auntil we departed. In summary: the Cruise was simply PERFECT!!!! SIMPLY PERFECT!!! We have nothing but gratitude and congratulations for you and for Hussein. The trip was great and Hussein was the best guide in the world!!! Of course when we decide to make anouther travel we will contact you again. Thanks a lot. We traveled happy, comfortable and safe!!! This experience did such an impact to the four of us that we will never forget it!!!

yesterday we got back home from our trip to Egypt, Jordan and an extension to the USA. I´d like to give you a feed back on the trip to Egypt and Jordan. Everything ran smoothly , the guides were very good with a good knowladge of History and were very helpful. The Oasis Hotel in Cairo was good, but in it was located by a high-way, consequently the rooms were kind of noisy. The Cruise on the Nile was also good and the Hotel by the Dead Sea was simply wonderful. I must congratulate your agency for the nice trip we had in Egypt and Jordan.

I just wanted to tell you that we just got back from our trip to Egypt and it was absolutely wonderful. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for arranging everything. The hotels were wonderful, everything worked out as expected. The only thing we had a minor issue with was our tour guide, her name is Marwa and we felt like she rushed us through all of the places she took us to. Other than this, the assistant Amr and the driver Emed were absolutely wonderful. They made our trip so much fun and we will never forget them. Me and my brother had a wonderful time during our trip to Egypt and Jordan. They were waiting for us at Alexandria's airport and drove us over to the Hotel, the Le Metropole is beautiful and it had the best breakfast of all the places we´ve stayed during our journey. The location was marvelous, we could wonder free our first afternoon and evening. The local guide that took us around Alexandria was very knowledgeable, although her English wasn't too clear. The Hotel in Cairo was ok, the breakfast wasn't so good, but still ok. The proximity to the Pyramids a great advantage. The guide we had in Cairo was great, Yusef, he was a lot of fun, he respected our times and wishes. Mostly everybody in Egypt had a quite strong accent, with the exception of the guide at Abu Simbel, his Englis was very clear. Our stay in Cairo was very cool, the food was nice and tasty. The worst hotel was the one in Aswan. Abu Simbel was a fantastic experience, we loved it. Then we embarked on the Cruise, that was superb! The service, everybody was so friendly, the food was very good, the view of our room amazing, very confortable, we've enjoyed it big time, a real luxurious boat. Our guide during those days of the Cruise started been a litle closed, narrow minded and very structured, not flexible or opened to see what me and my brother were seaking for, but withing time he grew more opened and confortable with us and he understood our needs, and he became very good and we had a great time with him. After a very sad good by to the cruise, we had dissembarked and flew over to Cairo and Amman, Jordan. Now this was a real surprise for us. We were expecting to find a similar scenario that the one we had experienced in Egypt, as soon as we had arrived there was someone waiting to help us out with the visa papers (they had also helped us with the visa in Alexandria), and outside the immigration area we've met Ali, our driver, guide, escort, he helped us in every way he could. We've found Jordan a clean beautiful developed country, it had a European touch, a first world country. The services were so professional. Ali was for far the most professional person we had come accross during our trip, the very best. He knew a lot of things about a lot of matters. He took us to the best places to eat, we´ve enjoyed Jordanian food the most. He drove us over to Petra through a very bad weather and thanks to him we came to see one of the most spectacular arqueological sites of the world. The Hotel was excellent, the room so comfortable, clean, the service very professional. The only thing we did not find up to the level of the Hotel was the spa, a little poor for a Hotel that looked like a 5 star Hotel. The day we´ve spent at Jerash we had a great time, our bond with Ali had grown and we were having a fantastic time with him, he got us a local guide in Spanish who was very knowledgeable. We've felt in love with Jordan and hope to go back during the summer and go to the Red Sea and the Dead Sea and to Petra again and wonder longer and freely. At last, the very best thing me and my brother have enjoyed was to have our own private tours and guides, so we could adjust everything to our convienece and timings. It was so much better that those crowded tours in which ones it is hard to hear the guide and follow up, and to do what you really want as they are so many people that you just cannot simply do your own thing. Well, I hope that will help with what you were looking for, I must tell you Ayca, that I had got a little scared after I hade made the deposit as I did not really had any recommendation from anybody about you, and it was my brother who browsing through the Internet in Dubai, found your page. So know we know, and we trust to be contacting you again for our next trip to those fantastic lands, it might be Turkey next time and then, who knows, we might be able to meet you in person... Dear Egypt Tour Expert, Thankyou for organizing such a wonderful personalized holiday in Egypt. We had the best time. Having a private driver, guide and car made everything so easy. We really felt like the whole country was on show just for us. No waiting in lines for tickets, buses etc... It was just fantastic. We didn't have to do anything and there was no problems or hassels with any part of our tours to the monuments or anything. The tour guides really know their history and facts about the country. The fact that they did it without notes or palm cards - just off the top of their heads was amazing and showed they really knew the subject matter. The cruise ships on both the Nile and Lake Nasser where particularlly awesome - the service, food and standards really was better than 5 star. All the local people and workers we met where friendly and very helpful -nothing was too much trouble. Your company should be very proud of your staff and organization - we had such a wonderful time - we will definitely be recommending you to our family and friends. The only down side of the trip was the Oasis Hotel in Cairo - it was tired, tatty and past its due date. Having to pay cash for every time you wanted a drink or meal was annoying. The rooms where clean but just wasn't on par with the rest of the accomodations that we experienced on our trip. The Sheraton Montazah in Alexandria was perfect and the 2 cruise ships just awesome (Royal Ruby & Kasr Ibrim) - the Oasis Hotel compared to them was way below their standards. Many, many thanks for such a memorable holiday. We will definitely use your services again when traveling around the Middle East / Egypt.

Thanks so much for you help in planning my trip. I had a lot of fun. Here are my thoughts on my trip: Cairo: Mohammed was amazing. He went above and beyond. I can't speak highly enough about him or the driver I had, which was the same throughout my stay there. He made my trip to Cairo a pleasant one. My only complaint about Cairo was that my guide did not give me enough time at the Museum. I only had 45 min of alone time to see the whole place. I needed at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Nile Cruise: Hamdy my guide was also amazing. He was very professional and also went above and beyond to help make it an enjoyable experience. The best guide I had throughout my trip. He was very knowledeable and spoke very good English. I can't say enough good things about him also. Sharm El Sheikh: Great hotel, just upset I was sick and could not fully enjoy it. Thanks again for everything. Everything was set up wonderfully and had no problems with transfers, drivers, etc. Thank you sooooo very much.
